The crew of the first civilian space mission published photos from orbit

 


At one of Joseph Marc Blumenthal following Twitter accounts, The mission Inspiration4, published the first photos of the civilian crew, which is now in Earth orbit: billionaire Jared Isaakman Professor Sian Proctor, physician assistant Haley Arsenault and a veteran of the US Air Force, Christopher Sembroski.

“The crew had an incredible first day in space! Since the start, they have completed more than 15 revolutions around the Earth,” the team said in a statement.

Members of the Inspiration4 mission will spend two more days in low-earth orbit.

On September 16, SpaceX launched its first civilian crew into space. It consists of four space tourists: two entrepreneurs, a doctor, and an aerospace worker. There is not a single professional astronaut on board.
